Language Arts 7- Hand-in Reminder

Don't forget to complete any missing novel journal responses.  You are to have five entries, covering the following topics:

1) Journal Response #1- How would you feel if Canada was at war, and you had to leave your home, friends, and family?
2) Journal Response #2- What does courage mean to you?  Do you think that Tiger's family is courageous.  Provide specific examples.
3) Journal Response #3- What is the most difficult conflict that you have had to face?  Was it resolved? If yes, how was it resolved. If not, why wasn't it?
4) Journal Response #4- Do you think that Tiger is a fighter?  Provide specific examples to illustrate your answer.
5) Journal Response #5- Which character to you think has changed to most over the course of the novel.  How?

Please ensure that these are handed in by Tuesday.

The High Middle Ages test is Thursday, November 22.  Remember that we will be covering the following:

2) The feudal system (how feudalism was established in England, the feudal hierarchy, and the roles of each feudal class)

*PHSS Holiday Show- December 18th!*

I made a little (understatement) mistake with regards to our our holiday performance.  Here is the revised information:
Mark Tuesday, December 18th on your calendars! PHSS band and drama classes will be putting on a holiday performance.  Start time is 7 PM.
